Do I need a reservation?
No, reservations are not required but can be made via website or by phone call. The Pink Candle is based off of a first come first serve basis. However, if you have a party larger than 5, we would recommend looking into our group/party room.
Can I bring my own vessel?
YES!! We love to see all of the cool vessels that you guys bring in! However, we will have you fill out and sign a liability form. Currently, we charge $2.25 per ounce to fill vessels brought in by you.
Can I make something other than candles?
Yes! We offer a variety of body products such as Everything Spray, Body Wash, Body Balm, Wax Melts, and even Sugar Scrub!
How long does it take to make something?
Roughly about 20 minutes for all of our products. The actual pouring process takes about 5 minutes, but choosing the product and scents for that product can take a while depending on how decisive you are.
Can I have a private event at The Pink Candle?
Absolutely! We would love to have you and your guests in store! Please reach out to us via email or phone to get more information on our party room and event space.
What is the cost?
All of our body products are under $22 and our candles range from $15-$100. There is a vessel for anyone here!
Can I bring my own alcohol?
Yes! Beer & wine only.
Can I bring food?
We do not allow outside food into the store.
What type of wax do you use?
We use a soy blend to ensure a clean burn. We also use cotton paper wicks that allow a cleaner burn than most other materials.
How long does it take for my candle to be ready?
All candles are required to sit for at least an hour and a half, larger candles will require more time based off of size. You are more than welcome to wait in store or shop around downtown Longview!
Can I bring my dog in?
YES! We love when our customers bring their dogs in. Please be mindful of other guests and ensure that you dog is well behaved. (P.S. we have dog treats!)
